About TNR

Our Executive Team has a combined thirty-three (33) years of experience in Accounting, CFO Services, Management Consulting, IT Consulting, and Graphic Design experience. The Executive Team has worked in Fortune 500 companies such as Marathon Oil & Gas, El Paso Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and USAA.

In addition, our team has owned various businesses over the last sixteen (16) years. All of this knowledge and experience is what separates TNR Advisors and Management Consultants, LLC from other accounting and management consulting firms.

Nannette Ray, MBA

Founder & President

As Founder and President, Nannette Ray is responsible for measuring, managing and improving overall performance of the organization and day to day operations. Ms. Ray successfully ran various companies over the last 16 years and utilizes this knowledge to successfully perform as Managing Partner.

Ms. Ray has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Texas at San Antonio and holds an MBA Degree in Finance from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.

Terrence Ray, CPA

Vice President

As Vice President, Terrence Ray assist with the accounting services. Mr. Ray uses his prior experience working for Fortune 500 companies to oversee the fiscal activities of the organization including budgeting and reporting. Mr. Ray has been a practicing CPA for over eighteen (18) years. He brings this knowledge and experience when working with clients.

Mr. Ray received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Texas Lutheran University.
